At Briar Baby, we want you and your little one to love every piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
